Butcher

1. Achieve section sales targets.
2. Prepare, cut, trim, debone, mince, and marinate meat products.
3. Prepare sausages, pies, burgers, and other meat products.
4. Provide excellent customer service.
5. Monitor stock, receiving, wastage, and shrinkage.
6. Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.
7. Handle tools and equipment safely.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1. 1–2 years of experience working as a butcher.
2. High school education or equivalent.
3. Basic ability to read and write in English.
