1 JOB PURPOSE
Provides financial information to Management by collecting, verifying & posting, prompt and accurate financial documents and data.
2 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE.
o Bachelor’s degree
o Good IT and data entry skills
o Proficiency in Microsoft office/Excel,
o Strong Accounting, Mathematical & problem-solving Skills,
o Good written and Oral Communication skills.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting.
o Experience in ERP/SAP systems.
3 COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS.
Interact and communicate with all levels of people/colleagues within the organization as well as external clients, liaise with any Department/people as and when required.
4 KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS.
o Checking vendor account balances and reconciliation process.
o Maintain precise records of all vendor payments
o Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP/SAP system and comply with company policies and accounting standards
o Frequently communicating with various vendors for payments and receipts.
o Cards reconciliation and JV Posting
o Coordination between Merchant and branch team for various issues
o Sales & Bank reconciliations
