Bakery Helper

Summary:

We are looking for a Bakery Helper to assist in the daily operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will support the bakers in preparing, baking, and packaging various baked goods.

Job Responsibility:

·       Assist bakers in preparing ingredients for baking, such as measuring flour, sugar, and other necessary items.

·       Help in mixing and kneading dough for bread, pastries, and other baked goods.

·       Monitor the oven and baking times to ensure that products are baked correctly.

·       Package and label baked goods for display and sale.

·       Clean and maintain baking equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.

Candidate Requirements:

·       High school diploma or equivalent.

·       Proven experience working in a bakery or food preparation environment is a plus.

·       Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.

·       Physical endurance to stand for long periods and lift heavy baking equipment.

·       Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Knowledge of basic baking techniques and equipment
