Job Description
- Achievement of section sales target
- Prepare standard-sized portions and cuts including trimming, deboning, tying, roasting, mincing, and marinating
- Prepare value-added meat products such as sausages, pies, and burgers
- Provide direct and indirect customer service
- Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering, and ensure proper receiving of stock
- Control wastage and shrinkage in line with company standards•Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safe food handling practices
- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Perform any other store-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
