 KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS

•   Obtain trip sheets from the storekeeper & deliver merchandise to the customer by prioritising the route schedule.
•       Ensure on-time delivery by properly planning routes and  the time required at the delivery location.
•          hould be highly concerned about cost-effective routes by avoiding tolls if possible, at the same time, without missing delivery schedules.
•      Immediately report issues related to receiving or delivery of goods to the delivery coordinator or the concerned In-Charge.
•     Perform regular checkups for vehicle performance and maintenance requirements.
•         Doing loading/unloading, supporting helpers for receiving to complete the scheduled delivery within stipulated time.
•    Supervise performance and task allotted to the helper coordinating with the delivery activities.
•        Maintain the highest level of accuracy and work ethics    while handling stocks, documents or cash.
•        Collect payment from the customer for cash deliveries      and deposit it with the authorised person promptly.
•         Maintain a good driving track record and follow traffic r      ules and guidelines required at the customer premises.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING

·  High school graduate with basic office skills.

·   Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

· Knowledge about UAE roadways and operating the GPS system of the vehicle

·  Minimum 2 years of experience as a delivery driver in distribution & trading companies

·   Valid driving licence – Category between 3 and 6
