· ROI on trade promotions.
· Distributor performance and compliance in line with brand team.
· To deliver on targeted monthly Brand wise Volume/Value, Distribution & Visibility targets for UAE.
· To engage all levers at his disposal to achieve targeted GP of his agency by channel.
· Ensure timely Settlement of all claims and debit notes.
· Increase in sell-out and sales growth by channel.
· Improvement in shelf share and visibility.
· Execution score during market visits.

· To achieve set KPIs on Distribution, Visibility (BDA implementation /or share of space as per our market share & planograms) and Market Share Gain.

· Continuously evaluate competition brands and activities and feedback initiatives to stay ahead of them.
· Train and ensure FAB’s (features, Advantages and Benefits) for all brands.
· Recruitment, Training and Coaching.
· Implement of all the NPI’s promotions and promotions within agreed timelines.
· Reduce, Control and manage the trade returns and bad goods.
· Manage all the trade spends within the limits and timelines.
· 25% time spend in trade, working with the team as well as independent trade audits to measure execution.
· To take swift action on new outlet openings and negotiate strong BDAs with them.
· 100% Compliance with BDA’s in all the territories and renewal of all the BDA’s within the 3 months of expiry.
· Overall spend planning and control. Improve ROI and optimize spends.
· To Lead and participate in forecasting meetings with suggestions/initiatives to optimize inventory. Ensure customer service level, forecast accuracy and partner case fill rate.
· Evaluate competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends.
· To participate and share all survey findings (price, competition, category etc). Maintain price index for all SKU’s.
· To maintain harmonious PR with trade and prompt & efficient customer service at all the times.
· To internally liaise with all departments on relevant matters with good harmony.
· Good rapport with Partner, Trade and Team.
· To comply with all organization SOPs and HR policies.
Skills Description
· Quick learner with strong perseverance skills.
· Good eye for opportunities (new space/listings etc.).
· Proficiency in Preparing, measuring, tracking (gilling gaps) and achieving target by keeping good grip on execution.
· Full understanding of dynamics of FMCE products/trade in UAE.
