Supervisor - SCM

1.            KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS

·       Ensure scheduled shipments are arrived and parked in their designated area, carryout proper checking while opening the trucks /containers

·       Give complete attention to receiving of goods with special focus on quantity matching purchase order, quality, Production/Expiry dates and batches.

·       Ensure the Import consignment product samples are available for the Municipality Inspections.

·       Ensure all consignments are received with complete accuracy.

·       Follow up on PO/Other discrepancies and make sure all the receiving process has been completed

·       Ensure all stocks are stacked properly at designated area/Storage bin/Sites.

·       Segregate the picklist and forward to deployed pickers as per the schedule.

·       Cross checking to carry on each pick list to ensure the accuracy on right product, Quantity, batch, date and condition etc.

·       Ensure goods are loaded with complete accuracy and in good condition.

·       Ensure goods picked and delivered on time. 

·       Ensure Goods to be loaded in a way which has no damages while transporting.

·       Ensure all loaded picklists are invoiced and trip sheets are maintained.

·       Report to inventory team with all the detail of discrepancies to rectify.

·       Ensure all retuned stocks are properly moved to actual storage bin on time

·       Ensure all loose pieces are packed and stored in a proper carton.

·       Check & ensure all short expiry, expired & damage stocks are actioned on time

·       Check & ensure QHSE log sheets for temperature are maintained and updated on timely for all the warehouses.

·       Inventory replenishment from bulk warehouse shed to main warehouse picking location

·       Ensure all inventory discrepancies such as batch, Quantity, Storage location etc. are updated on time in the system.

·       Warehouse space management.

• ·       Maintain complete cleanliness within the warehouse premise, ensure all HACCP and QHSE requirements are met.

  ·       Being an advocate for health and safety by aligning new hires and vendors on safe work practices and lead by example.

   

  b)       Environment Responsibilities:

  ·       Engage in environmentally conscious practices such as waste segregation, energy & water conservation, while collaborating on initiatives that advance our sustainability goals.

  ·       Participate in training or workshops on sustainability practices and stay informed about environmental issues.

  ·       Report any practices, environmental hazards or violations within the organization that may adversely affect the environment.

  ·       Support and promote a culture of sustainability by educating new hires, subcontractors and visitors on the company’s environment policy and lead by example.
